A Revolutionary Approach to Personal Transformation

BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’

BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org

Key Principles of BWRT

• Subconscious Focus:

BWRT targets the subconscious mind, where deeply ingrained beliefs, patterns, and behaviors reside. By accessing this level of the mind, BWRT can facilitate lasting change from the inside out.

• Rapid Results:

BWRT is renowned for its speed and efficiency. Many clients experience significant improvements in just a few sessions, making it a valuable option for those seeking timely solutions.

• Versatility:

BWRT can be applied to a diverse array of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship problems. Its versatility makes it a powerful tool for personal development and transformation.

How BWRT Works

During a BWRT session, the therapist utilizes specific language patterns and techniques to guide the client’s subconscious mind towards new, positive beliefs and behaviors. This process is non-invasive and doesn’t require the client to delve deeply into their past traumas or experiences. Instead, it focuses on the present and future, empowering clients to move forward with confidence and clarity.

BWRT operates by using a unique protocol that engages the brain’s natural ability to generate solutions to problems. This process allows you to create new neural pathways, effectively ‘rewriting’ the way you respond to triggers and challenges. The result is a transformative experience that can lead to lasting change.

No, BWRT is different from hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). BWRT is a standalone therapy that does not involve hypnosis or trance states. It focuses on the present moment and does not require delving into past experiences.

For a start off, we work with a different part of the brain from that which any other therapy does; where many neuroscience-based therapies mention how they work directly with the amygdala in the limbic system, (in charge of emotional and behavioral responses), BWRT® works with a part of the brain that ‘fires up’ long before the limbic system even gets started. In simple terms, BWRT® intercepts and reprograms thoughts before they trigger emotional responses.
